Clean room, friendly staff, as we enjoyed the clean and fresh accommodations while taking advantage of the free parking to explore the surrounding shopping areas.

The room was super clean and really spacious, which was a huge plus for my family. The kids had plenty of room to move around. Loved the little kitchenette area too! The beds were comfy, with lots of pillows, which made it easy to crash after a long day. Water pressure in the shower was decent but could be better. Overall, we felt right at home here!

The hotel had an awesome swimming pool with a fun splash pad, and the exercise room was great. The location is convenient and the facilities were spotless during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The hotel was impressively clean and had a welcoming atmosphere, complete with charming Texas decor. The kids loved the splash pad in the pool area, and I appreciated the ample charging ports in the room. The complimentary breakfast was well-stocked with a nice variety, perfect for fueling our day.

The fresh-cracked eggs at breakfast had my taste buds doing a happy dance, paired with perfectly brewed coffee that could wake the dead! Plus, the staff—especially Ms. Roberta—made us feel like family every time we walked through the doors. Talk about hospitality vibes!

I wish the shower pressure could be a tad stronger and some body wash instead of bar soap would’ve been nice too. Also, a vent in the bathroom to whisk away those funky odors would help keep things fresh.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Plano-East had modern decor that felt welcoming and bright. The accessible facilities made it convenient for seniors like myself to move around effortlessly, and I especially appreciated the clean and spacious common areas.

More lighting in the room would be helpful.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast! 😋 Freshly scrambled eggs and delicious pastries made mornings so enjoyable. The only downside was the crowded dining area during peak hours, but everything else was fantastic!

Absolutely recommend for families traveling with kids!

The staff here went above and beyond for us while we were there, especially Juliana at the front desk, who made things so easy and got my son a little surprise for his birthday. The pool was not just fun, but the amenities were excellent like a splash pad area for the kids.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was totally acceptable.

Just a proper fit for a momentary visit in Plano with great value for money. The customer service was outstanding, especially from Claudia and Ruby. Make sure to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service.
